Return Policy

At auto-gadget.com, your satisfaction is paramount - you will always enjoy a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. It works very simple. When you make a purchase with us, regardless of value, you can return the product(s) within 30 days from the date we first shipped your order for refund or replacement.

Whether the product is defective, seems defective, or that you change your mind and simply do not like it, you are welcome to send it back to us and we will issue you a REFUND once we have received the product in question. Alternatively, you can choose a replacement of the same product or product of the same value.

However, the original and return shipping and handling charges will not be refunded or reimbursed under all circumstances. And we are not responsible for returned products lost in post.

Simply follow this procedure:

1.    If you would like to return your product(s) for repair / replacement / refund, please kindly contact our customer service representatives for an authorized RMA number. Email to : sales@auto-gadget.com

2.    Warranty period: 90 days warranty for all products except digital camera of which the warranty period is one year.

3.    Warranty will be voided if returned products are abused, mishandled, modified, misused, physically or inflicted damaged by users. We reserve the right to charge a repair fee of 40% of the invoice amount if the warranty expired or is voided.

4.    auto-gadget.com offers 30-Day Money Back Guarantee to our customers. If you receive a faulty product(s) or are not satisfied with our product(s), you have the right to return the product(s) to us within 30 days from the dispatched date of your first order for replacement or refund of the product price (shipping fee will not be refunded). You will enjoy this guarantee when you purchased ANY product(s) at www.auto-gadget.com.

5.    If the products are tested to be non-defective, they are not eligible for any refund. Such items will be returned to you and you need to pay for the return postage.

6.    ANY items damaged during transit are not eligible for a refund. If the returned package is lost in transit and it is not insured, sender is responsible for the loss. Insured package with tracking numbers is strongly recommended.

7.    Auto-gadget.com may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.



Return Merchandise Authorization Procedure (RMA)

1.    When you need to return any items to auto-gadget.com, please email our customer service representatives for valid RMA number and form within the stated warranty period. Email to : sales@auto-gadget.com

2.    Fill in the RMA form and mark the RMA number on it clearly.

3.    The completed RMA form must be attached in the returned package AND the RMA number must be printed on the package.

4.    Items must be returned within 7 days after the RMA number is issued. Insured package with tracking numbers is strongly recommended.

5.    You can contact us via email for the status of the returned item(s).
